Terms of Use

1. Service provider

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Flecab website and booking platform, operated by LANAS d.o.o., Slovenia. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes and fees.

Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the requested pickup time. For anything sooner, please contact us directly.

A night tariff of +39% applies for pickups between 23:00 and 06:00; this is already included in the price shown at booking.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policy:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
• No-show: No refund

To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

4. Your responsibilities

When booking a transfer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup address, drop-off address, and travel time
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time
• Ensure the number of passengers and luggage fits the vehicle booked
• Notify us promptly of any flight delays or changes

5. Delays and force majeure

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In case of extreme disruption, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternatives.

6. Liability

LANAS d.o.o. maintains all required transport insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the booking in question. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to luggage.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Slovenian courts.
