1. Who we are

This website is operated by LANAS d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia, providing private transfer and taxi services under the brand name Flecab. When you use our website or book a transfer, we act as the data controller for any personal information you provide.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you make a booking or create an account:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Pickup and drop-off addresses
• Travel date and time
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Process and fulfil your transfer booking
• Send booking confirmations and updates
• Communicate with you about your journey
• Handle payments through our payment provider
• Maintain records as required by Slovenian law

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the service you booked) and legitimate interest (to improve our services and handle customer enquiries). We only send marketing communications with your explicit consent.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third parties necessary to provide the service, or that you've separately consented to (see Section 6):

• Stripe — payment processing
• Our drivers — to fulfil your transfer
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — website usage analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

6. Cookies and analytics

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general navigation, and similar aggregate behaviour. These are not loaded until you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you reject or ignore it, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again.

Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your login session, CSRF protection) are used regardless of this choice, as the site cannot function without them — these do not require consent under GDPR.

7. Data retention

We retain booking records for 5 years as required by Slovenian tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you request deletion.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw analytics cookie consent at any time (see Section 6)
